Depending on the campsite, dogs may be welcomed in different ways. Some campsites accept dogs in specific accommodation ranges or on designated pitches. Others offer a more extensive welcome, allowing dogs in all accommodation and pitches, or even in additional areas of the campsite, depending on the organisation and layout of the site.

Depending on the site, it may offer dedicated services, facilities or amenities designed to make your dog’s stay easier, while ensuring peaceful coexistence with other guests. Do all Yelloh! Village campsites accept dogs?

No, dog acceptance varies from one campsite to another. Access may be subject to certain conditions. The number of dogs allowed, circulation rules within the campsite and any restrictions are specified in the description of each campsite.

In which types of accommodation are dogs accepted?

Dogs are accepted in specific accommodation types and categories, depending on the campsite. For more information, please refer to the description of each accommodation or contact the campsite team directly.

Are all dog breeds accepted?

No, dogs belonging to category 1 and 2 (according to French legislation) are not allowed in Yelloh! Village campsites. These are dogs considered potentially dangerous, such as pit bulls or rottweilers.

Which documents are required to travel with my dog? 

To stay at a Yelloh! Village campsite, your dog must:

• be up to date with vaccinations (a health record may be required),

• wear a collar and be identified (microchip or tattoo),

• comply with campsite rules regarding keeping dogs on a lead.

Are there restrictions for dogs in certain areas of the campsite? 

Yes, some dog-friendly campsites may also restrict access to certain areas, such as: 

• pools and water parks,

• children’s clubs or leisure areas,

• indoor restaurants or shops.

It is important to check before your stay and upon arrival which areas are accessible to your dog.
