Modify my booking

How can I modify my booking?

"Whatever change you wish to make, it must be requested by email to the campsite, no later than 15 days before the start of your stay.

 

For a change in the dates of your stay:

  • Extending your stay is subject to availability and current rates at the time of your request.
  • Reducing the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption policy.

 

For other modifications (accommodation, adding participants, sheets/towels, a pet, a vehicle, etc.), only the campsite where you made your reservation can confirm whether the change is possible.

 

We therefore invite you to contact the campsite directly: you’ll find its contact details in the booking confirmation email you received, or by clicking on this link with the campsite name.

Can I change campsites after booking?

Yelloh! Village campsites are franchised and independently managed. It is therefore not possible to transfer a booking where any sums already paid from one campsite to another.

 

If you wish to stay at another campsite, you will need to cancel your current booking in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of booking (cancellation fees may apply).

You can then make a new booking at the establishment of your choice.

How can I cancel my stay?

Send your cancellation request directly to the campsite concerned by email. (contact details available in your confirmation email). They will process your request. Please note that cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force.

Until when can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel up until the day of your arrival. However, cancellation fees will apply. The amount of these fees varies depending on the date of cancellation in relation to the start of your stay.

The cancellation conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.

 

If you have cancellation insurance and the reason is covered, you can cancel your stay up until the day of your arrival. For information on who will cover the cancellation fees, please refer to your insurance policy.

What fees apply in case of cancellation?

Cancellation fees depend on the date of your cancellation request:

  • Up to 16 days before arrival: 25% (deposit) of the total amount of the stay retained.
  • Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay retained. A voucher for the remaining 50% will be issued and must be used at the same campsite.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

 

These conditions do not apply to the Son Bou, Campoloro and Perla di Mare campsites, which have specific terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

If you have taken out cancellation insurance:

Cancellation fees may be covered according to the terms of the policy (illness, accident, redundancy, etc.). If the reason is not covered or if the claim is rejected, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply.
