Prices and availability

What is included in the price of my stay?

The prices shown may vary depending on the booking period, the dates of your stay, and the comfort range of the accommodation or pitch selected.

 

The price includes the reserved accommodation or pitch as well as the services and activities offered by the campsite:

  • Children’s entertainment
  • Evening entertainment
  • Sports activities (except those with a surcharge)
  • Access to the aquatic area
  • Access to sanitary facilities

 

Additional charges may be added at the time of booking. These may include tourist tax and/or eco-contribution, as well as optional extras or the addition of a pet.

 

All on-site consumption, such as at the restaurant, bar or wellness area, is not included in the price and is at the customer's expense

Why has the price changed since my last visit?

Depending on the period, demand and availability, prices are subject to change. As a result, the same accommodation or pitch may have a different rate for the same stay (same dates and duration).

Are there any special offers or discounts on stays?

There are several ways to get discounts on your stay at Yelloh! Village campsites.

Am I rewarded if I come back every year?

Yes, thanks to our Yelloh! Plus loyalty programme, you earn points for each stay at a Yelloh! Village campsite. These points can then be used to get free nights. 

 

If you aren't a member yet, you can join the loyalty programme when booking your stay or directly from the “My Account” section.

What are the opening and closing dates of the campsites?

Opening and closing dates vary from one campsite to another. In general, most Yelloh! Village campsites are open between April and September.

 

To find the exact dates, we invite you to consult the dedicated page for each campsite on our website.

 

Please note that some campsites are open all year round!

When do bookings open for next year?

Bookings for the following year open progressively, between mid-September and mid-November, depending on the campsite.

The opening date for bookings is shown on each campsite’s page as soon as it becomes available.

How can I book?

You can book your stay in several ways:

 

On our website: click on the “Find a campsite” button at the top of the screen, then fill in the online booking form. The process is quick, simple, and payment by credit card is fully secure.

 

By phone, by calling our booking centre on +44 (0)203 499 5739 . No service fees will be charged.

 

Directly with the Yelloh! Village campsite of your choice, either by phone or on their website.

Can I make a pre-booking or hold an option?

In order to guarantee up-to-date availability and avoid blocking places without commitment at several campsites, only bookings confirmed by payment are possible. Pre-bookings and hold options are therefore not offered.

What additional options are available?

Many extras are available to enhance your comfort or personalise your stay, depending on the campsite.

 

Comfort

  • Bed linen and pillowcase rental: €18 per bed (included in 4 Flowers and Premium ranges)
  • Towel rental (1 large + 1 small towel): €12 per person (included in 4 Flowers and Premium ranges)
  • End-of-stay cleaning: from €95 (included in Premium range)
  • Baby kit (cot + high chair): €6/night (maximum price: €42 – included in 4 Flowers and Premium ranges)

 

Stay preferences

  • Choice of area or atmosphere (on request, subject to availability and depending on the campsite): €40

 

Pets

  • Pet supplement (allowed in certain rentals or pitches): €7 per day

 

Additional services (depending on the campsite)

  • Wi-Fi access (depending on coverage and chosen speed)
  • Beds made on arrival (available in some campsites)
  • Fridge rental for pitches
  • Barbecue or plancha rental

 

These options depend on availability and the services offered by each campsite. Prices may vary from one campsite to another.

Can I choose the location of my accommodation within the campsite?

Some Yelloh! Village campsites offer a “Preferred location” option. Simply select this option when booking and indicate your preferences (area, proximity to facilities, shade, etc.). This option costs €40.

 

If the option is not available, you can still mention your preferences in the “Stay remarks” section during the booking process. The campsite team will do its best to meet your request, depending on availability.

Can I book multiple accommodations next to each other?

You can book up to 4 pitches or accommodations at once via our website.

 

If you’d like them to be located side by side, some Yelloh! Village campsites offer the “Side by side” option. Simply select it during your booking and specify your preferences. This option costs €40.

 

Any request involving more than 4 accommodations is considered a group booking. In this case, please contact the campsite directly. 

I have just made a booking request and have not received an acknowledgment of receipt. What should I do?

A confirmation email for your booking request has been automatically sent to you.

 

If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there either, there may be a mistake in your email address.

 

In that case, here are your options:

 

You will receive a response from the campsite concerned, usually within 48 hours.

Pay for my reservation

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required depending on when you book:

  • For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of your stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, full payment (25% deposit + remaining balance) is required immediately when booking.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?

When?

The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.

 

How?

You can pay your balance in two ways:

  • Via the “Pay for my stay” page, using your booking number (starting with O2025 or U2025…) and the surname used during the reservation.
  • By logging into your Yelloh! Village account, under the “My stays” tab.

What are the different payment methods available?

Depending on the booking date and the campsite, several payment methods are accepted:

 

Credit card

Directly on our website, using your booking reference number (starting with O2025 or U2025…) and the surname used for the reservation.

 

Bank transfer

The campsite’s bank details will be provided on the payment page at the time of booking or sent by email directly by the campsite once your booking request has been accepted.

 

Important: For any booking made less than 15 days before the start of the stay, only credit card payment will be available.

Can I pay in several instalments without extra fees?

Yes, in most Yelloh! Village campsites, you can pay for your stay in several instalments:

  • By selecting the 3-times no-fee payment option when booking, available up to 60 days before the start of your stay.
  • By making multiple payments at your convenience via your Yelloh! Village account or through the “Pay for my stay” page, until the balance is fully paid.

 

For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), payment in instalments is not available. Full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Insure my stay

What is cancellation insurance for?

The cancellation guarantee allows you to be reimbursed for the amounts paid (minus any deductible) in the event of an unforeseen circumstance before your departure.

 

It covers cancellation fees at a cost of 4% of the total amount of your stay, whether in rental accommodation or on a pitch. This guarantee must be taken out at the time of booking.

 

It may apply in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

  • Serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member
  • Pregnancy complications occurring before the 7th month
  • Major material damage requiring your presence (fire, water damage, burglary, etc.)
  • Redundancy for ecoomic reasons
  • Accident or total theft of your vehicle or caravan while travelling to the campsite

Can I add this insurance after booking?

Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.

 

However, if you forget to add it, it can still be added within 48 hours by contacting the campsite directly.
