This magnificent little medieval village, nestled in the heart of the Hérault valley, cannot fail to impress! Situated on the route of the Camino de Santiago, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is designated one of the most beautiful villages in France. You will also fall under its spell as you walk in the central square or along the little cobbled streets to the ruins of the castle.

From the heart of the village, take a short walk to the spectacular “Cirque du Bout du Monde”. Need to cool off? Hérault, just next to Saint-Guilhem, has many wild little spots for a quick dip.
