FAQ – Accommodation and Pitches
Rentals
What are the differences between the 2 flowers, 3 flowers, 4 flowers and Premium accommodations?
At Yelloh! Village, our accommodations are divided into 4 categories: 2 flowers, 3 flowers, 4 flowers, and Premium, to meet all needs and budgets.
Main differences:
- 2 flowers: simple, functional accommodation with the essentials for a pleasant stay.
- 3 flowers: a higher level of comfort, with more amenities and a more refined decor.
- 4 flowers: spacious, well-equipped accommodation with queen-size beds (160 cm) in the master bedroom, bed linen, towels (1 large + 1 small towel), Baby kit (cot + high chair) and a dishwasher included.
- Premium: the highest comfort level, including end-of-stay cleaning, often located in Premium pedestrian areas, with many services (TV, Wi-Fi, modern equipment, landscaped outdoor space…).
Amenities may slightly vary depending on the campsite. Please check the descriptions on our website for full details of each accommodation.
What equipment is included in the accommodations?
All Yelloh! Village accommodations are equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, regardless of the category.
Generally, you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker…)
- Crockery and kitchen utensils
- A table, chairs, garden furniture or a terrace
- Beds (with mattresses), pillows, and blankets or duvets
- Storage space
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet (except in some specific accommodations)
Bed linen, towels, dishwasher, TV, or air conditioning may or may not be included, depending on the category.
You can find detailed equipment information in the description sheet of each accommodation on our website.
Are the accommodations equipped with heating and/or air conditioning?
This depends on the type of accommodation and the campsite.
Heating is available in the majority of accommodations, while air conditioning is often available from the 4 flowers category or in some 3 flowers accommodations.
The presence of heating and/or air conditioning is always indicated in the description of each accommodation on our website. We recommend checking it before finalising your booking.
Can I choose a specific accommodation on the campsite map?
Selecting a specific accommodation or number is not possible.
However, some Yelloh! Village campsites offer a paid option called “sector or atmosphere choice,” allowing you to request a location within a specific area of the campsite, subject to availability. This option costs €40 and must be selected during the booking process.
To know the possibilities at the campsite of your choice, please contact it directly.
Are sheets, towels and blankets provided in the accommodations?
Blankets, duvets, and pillows are provided in all Yelloh! Village accommodations.
Bed linen and towels are:
- Included in the 4 Flowers and Premium categories,
- Offered as an option in the other categories (2 and 3 Flowers) at the following rates:
- €18 per bed for sheet and pillowcase rental
- €12 per person for towel rental
These options can be booked online or on-site, subject to availability. Full details are shown in the accommodation’s description on our website.
Is my baby counted in the total number of participants?
Yes, babies are counted in the total number of people occupying the accommodation, regardless of age.
We remind you that for safety and insurance reasons, the total number of guests can never exceed the indicated maximum capacity, even if a cot is provided.
Please make sure to declare your baby’s presence when making the booking.
Can I plug my electric car directly into my accommodation?
No, it is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle from a socket in an accommodation or on a pitch, for safety reasons and because the facilities are not suitable for this type of use.
Some Yelloh! Village campsites are equipped with dedicated charging stations for electric vehicles. To find out if this service is available at the campsite of your choice, please check its page on our website or contact it directly.
Pitches
What are the differences between 2 flowers, 3 flowers, 4 flowers and Premium pitches?
Yelloh! Village camping pitches are categorised into different comfort levels, with sizes and facilities that vary depending on the chosen level:
- 2 flowers: standard pitch of 80 to 100 m², often without water and with basic electricity connection (6A), ideal for a simple, nature-oriented stay.
- 3 flowers: pitch of 100 to 120 m², with electricity (usually 10A) and water.
- 4 flowers: spacious pitch of 120 to 150 m², with electricity (10 or 16A), water, wastewater drainage, and sometimes garden furniture.
- Premium: pitch of 150 m² or more, with private sanitary facilities, fridge, barbecue or plancha, garden furniture, shelter, and sometimes Wi-Fi included.
Exact facilities may vary depending on the campsite. Please check the description sheet of each pitch for full details.
Can I choose a specific pitch on the campsite map?
Some Yelloh! Village campsites offer a paid option called “choice of sector or ambiance”. This option (€40) does not guarantee a specific pitch number, but allows you to make a preference request for a particular area of the campsite, depending on availability (quieter, closer to the pool, etc.).
This option is offered at the time of booking. For more details or to make a specific request, please contact the campsite directly.
Is a baby counted in the total number of people on a pitch?
Yes, babies are counted in the total number of people allowed on the pitch, regardless of their age.
For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum capacity stated for each pitch cannot be exceeded.
We remind you that all participants (including infants) must be declared at the time of booking.
How to book if your equipment is over 7.50 metres?
If your equipment (motorhome, caravan or tent) measures more than 7.50 m, it is strongly recommended to contact the campsite directly before booking, to check accessibility to the available pitches and their compatibility with your vehicle’s dimensions.
Otherwise, when making an online booking request, remember to:
- Select a pitch specifically designed for your equipment (if the option is offered),
- Enter the exact dimensions of your vehicle in the designated field.
This allows the campsite to assign you a suitable pitch with easy access.
How many people are included in the pitch rate?
The price displayed for a pitch covers 2 adults.
Any additional person (child, adult) is subject to an extra charge, which varies depending on the campsite and the season.
Furthermore, the maximum number of people per pitch is 6, including babies. This rule is in place for comfort, safety, and regulatory reasons.
Please check your campsite’s pricing conditions for more details.
Pets
Are pets allowed in Yelloh! Village campsites?
Yes, in most Yelloh! Village campsites, pets are allowed, under certain conditions.
They are generally permitted on pitches and in some rental accommodations (depending on the campsite).
The number of pets allowed, the campground rules (leash, up-to-date vaccination record, etc.) and any restrictions are specified in the description of the relevant campsite.
Can I bring a pet that isn’t a dog or a cat?
This depends on the campsite and the type of animal.
For any pet other than a dog or cat, you must contact the campsite directly to obtain their prior approval.
What is the fee for bringing a pet?
The extra charge for a pet is €7 per day.
