My Yelloh! Village account
I can’t log in to my account, what should I do?
If you have trouble logging in to your Yelloh! Village account, first check that your email address and password are entered correctly.
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot password” to reset your access.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service via the contact form on the website or by phone at +44 (0)203 499 5739.
How can I update my personal information?
You can update your personal information from your My Account area on the Yelloh! Village website.
In the “My Profile” section, you can edit details such as:
- your title, first name, date of birth, and postal address
- your licence plate number
- your newsletter subscription preferences
If you wish to change your last name or your email address, please contact Yelloh! Village customer service by email at info@yellohvillage.com.
Where can I find my booking?
If you are logged in to your My Account area, simply go to the “My Stays” tab to access all your bookings.
If you are not logged in, you can also use our dedicated “Find my booking” page by entering your booking number and last name.

How does the Yelloh! Plus loyalty programme work?
Membership of the Yelloh! Plus loyalty programme is free.
It allows you to collect points for every stay in a Yelloh! Village campsite booked directly via the website, the mobile app, or our booking centre.
These points can then be redeemed for free nights in Yelloh! Village campsites, subject to certain conditions (availability of nights, period, overall availability, etc.).

How can I join the loyalty programme?
Membership of the Yelloh! Plus loyalty programme is free and very easy.
You can sign up:
- when making your booking, by ticking the dedicated box,
- from your My Account area, under "My Loyalty Programme",
- by clicking on the dedicated page at the bottom of our website,
- from most of our emails (newsletter, booking confirmation, etc.).
Once registered, your loyalty account is automatically activated.
Does my loyalty account have an expiry date?
Each new stay automatically extends the validity period of your account, and therefore your loyalty points, by an additional 3 years.
If after 3 years no activity has been recorded, the loyalty account will automatically be cleared, closed, and the points permanently lost.

How can I earn Yelloh! Plus loyalty points?
You automatically earn loyalty points for every stay at a Yelloh! Village campsite.
The number of points awarded depends on the number of nights booked, payed and the type of accommodation, according to the scale below:

Points are automatically credited to your loyalty account 8 days after the end of your stay.
Where can I check my loyalty points balance?
You can check your loyalty points balance at any time by logging in to your "My Account" area on the Yelloh! Village website or via the mobile app.
Then go to the "My Loyalty Programme" section where you will find your available points and the history of your stays.
Why is my loyalty points balance zero?
If your balance is zero, it likely means that you have not stayed at a Yelloh! Village campsite in the past 3 years. After this period, your loyalty account is automatically closed and your points are deleted.
We recommend checking whether you stayed within this period and, if so, whether it was booked using the same customer account and email address currently in use.

Can I claim loyalty points for a past stay?
Only stays booked after you joined the Yelloh! Plus programme allow you to earn points.
It is therefore not possible to retroactively claim loyalty points for a stay completed before the date of your membership in the programme.
I'm missing loyalty points — what should I do?
Points are automatically credited 8 days after the end of your stay.
If you notice missing points, check that the booking was made with the correct customer account and/or email address. To do this, log in to your "My Account" area and check that the stay appears in the "My Stays" section.

Use my points
How can I use my loyalty points to book free nights?
Once you have collected enough points, you can use them to book free nights, only outside of July/August and during the French school holidays at Christmas and during the winter holidays, at participating Yelloh! Village campsites. In the case of special offers, free loyalty nights may be suggested during periods that are usually excluded, on certain dates and at certain camping villages. In this case, the number of points required for a free night will be doubled compared to the Standard Scale.

This option is available:
- by phone, by contacting our booking centre at +44 (0)203 499 5739
- online, on our official website or via the mobile app.
To have eligible accommodations and dates automatically highlighted during your search, you must log in to your "My Account" area, go to the "My Loyalty Programme" section, and click the "Book with my Loyalty Points" button.
Important: Loyalty points must be applied at the time of booking. Free nights cannot be deducted after a booking has been confirmed.
Why are some dates unavailable for loyalty nights?
A specific stock of Loyalty Nights per accommodation and date is specially reserved for the Yelloh! Plus programme.
Therefore, the use of loyalty points to book free nights is subject to the availability of this stock for the desired dates and at the time of booking request.
Even during the low season, some dates or accommodations may be booked very quickly with loyalty points.

Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?
Yes, loyalty points transfer is possible.
The person wishing to transfer their points must make a request by email to info@yellohvillage.com to keep a written record. The message must specify:
- the email address linked to the donor loyalty account,
- the email address of the recipient account to which the points should be transferred.
Once the request is received and approved, the transfer will be carried out by our team.
