The experience begins with a vast and appealing terrace overlooking the mountains, creating a wonderfully warm atmosphere for Le Brasero.
The interior decoration has been designed to evoke the region’s values. Values that are also expressed in the philosophy of chef Michel Lacaze and his kitchen brigade: a warm welcome, strong character and authenticity.
Cuisine inspired by the terroir
Le Brasero gives your holiday an extra taste of authenticity, with a different way to discover the region as you explore the menu and its choice of homemade dishes. Delicious, generous dishes, put together using seasonal produce from the Pyrenees and southwest France.

Le Brasero is more than just the Les 3 Vallées campsite restaurant: it will become one of the highlights of your holiday experience in Argelès-Gazost.
The restaurant is open in the evenings from 7 April to 16 November, from Wednesday to Sunday. The restaurant is also open on Sunday lunchtimes.
In July and August, the restaurant opens its doors every evening and on Sunday lunchtimes.
