To help you feel your best, Le Chaponnet offers both a sauna and a hammam. The sauna uses dry heat to help your body relax, open up your pores and flush out toxins thanks to its antioxidant properties.

Prefer a gentler warmth? The hammam uses moist heat, which is easier on the body. It boosts circulation, delivers antioxidant benefits and, most importantly, calms both body and mind.
