Every summer, the town of Carhaix in Brittany transforms into a buzzing hub of live music and celebration with Les Vieilles Charrues. Since 1992, this legendary festival has grown into one of Europe’s biggest, drawing hundreds of thousands of music lovers for an unforgettable experience.

What began as a small gathering among friends has become the biggest music festival in France. Its eclectic line-up features global stars and fresh talent across pop, rock, rap, electro and world music – creating an epic mix that unites generations in an electric atmosphere.

But it’s more than just music. Les Vieilles Charrues is a socially committed event, powered by thousands of volunteers. It champions sustainability and reinvests its profits into local cultural development – staying true to its community roots.
