Every week, 5-17-year-olds can join our entertainer for a dedicated programme of activities. A chance to strike up new friendships as they have fun together.

Finally, your kids can hook up with their pals any time they want at the playground and on the bouncy castle. Endless fun, just steps away from your holiday home!

    Leisure facilities for on-site amusement

To get the day off to a great start or to liven up your afternoons, you have various facilities at your disposal. There’s plenty of choice for racket sports fans, including those holiday classics – tennis and ping pong. Plus the sport everyone’s talking about these days: padel! If you’re into football or basketball, you can join in a game or tournament at the multisports ground.

Make sure you visit the games room too – you can try and achieve a 9-dart finish on the dartboard, or get a fix of nostalgia with the arcade games. There’s also a billiard table near the restaurant.

Explore Cantabria: a land of nature and heritage

When staying at the Punta Marina campsite, you’ll also be able to discover Cantabria and all that it has to offer.

This region of northern Spain is best known for its dramatic coastline, where long, beaches unfurl below the mountains, and cliffs rise steeply above the crashing waves. Walkers are in for a treat, with coastal paths that offer breathtaking views of this ever-changing landscape, especially the Camino del Norte, a section of the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route.

Cantabria is also a land of marshes, and the region is home to the Santoña, Victoria and Joyel Marshes Natural Park – a peaceful, bucolic haven just a stone’s throw from the campsite. And staying with the nature vibe, the whole family will enjoy a trip to the Cabárceno Nature Park, where hundreds of animal species from across the globe roam in a setting designed to be as wild and natural as possible. The park is a sanctuary for endangered species and plays a vital role in supporting their reproduction.

If you love history and especially prehistory, you’ll also be in your element in Cantabria, a region dotted with prehistoric caves. The best known among them is the Altamira cave, the first where cave paintings were discovered.

Take time, too, to explore the region’s charming villages – from Noja and Somo to Castro Urdiales and Laredo. And don’t miss Santander, the region’s capital, where the easy-going way of life is palpable in every street and right down to the oceanfront.
