We have visited campsites in France for over 30 years and highly recommend la Capricieuse. The site was beautifully presented with pleasant planting and excellent facilities. Our mobile home was in very good condition and immaculately clean. The staff are very helpful and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic village campsite, great location for the Normandy landing beaches with good access to the local beach and traffic free cycle paths. The accommodation was excellent and had everything we needed, all very modem with some lovely welcome touches. Facilities on site are also excellent, the swimming pools and bar with restaurant all really good, we ate at the restaurant a few times and a great place to relax with light entertainment organised if you wanted to participate. The staff here are also absolutely fantastic, everyone we met was super polite and friendly, even if just passing they would also say hello. Checking in was brilliant too, very well organised with great explanation of the village, made to feel really welcome. Special thanks to Remy for organising our vehicle sticker for 6th June so we could move around to the D-Day commemorations, communication before we arrived on this was excellent and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much, we will definitely return as one of the best camping villages we have stayed.

Great facilities, great location and friendly staff. My only observation for improvement would be the disparity between the check-out and check-in time. 17:00 is quite late for check-in and could be brought forward. Fitted sheets would also be a nice touch.
