The children’s club and activities at Yelloh! Village Le Bout du Monde

The children’s club is only open in July and August:

• From Sunday to Friday, 10 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 6 pm

Le Bout du Monde farm is a special place where kids and parents can get up close to the animals and watch what they get up to each day. Here, geese, donkeys, goats, ducks and turkeys all live alongside the campsite, and they’re more than happy to meet young campers for a spot of grooming, feeding time or simply hanging out and learning. These simple moments, guided by our team, will teach your youngsters about nature in a whole new way – and patience and curiosity are what matters most.

Around the farm, your little ones’ imaginations will run wild as they build dens, explore the paths, invent games and make the space their own – ultimate freedom!

As the days go by, Le Bout du Monde encourages you to renew with life’s simpler pleasures. Wander down to the lake or stream to watch the wildlife, take a walk in the cool shade or try a spot of fishing (no permit required). Spend lazy afternoons on the pétanque pitches, ping-pong tables or in the slackline park, for friendly competitions and challenges.

Love making things? Our campsite puts on a series of workshops celebrating authentic skills – mould a clay bowl, shape a pot, master the art of bread-making or, depending on the season, try different hands-on projects. These are all great opportunities to spend time together, guided by our campsite team in an inspirational setting.

Here, at Yelloh! Village Le Bout du Monde, you’ll learn new things without even trying! A campsite designed to reconnect you with life’s essentials, where the days are filled with chance encounters that create genuine happiness.

As well as providing the stunning backdrop for our campsite, the Montagne Noire is a wonderful natural playground. Set off on a hike straight from the campsite, follow waymarked mountain bike trails, go climbing or potholing, tackle a tree-top adventure course or go canoeing and kayaking for an added dose of adrenalin – take your pick!

A fantastic way to get even closer to nature near your campsite in the Aude. Venture further into the department and more treasures await. Take, for example, the spectacular medieval city of Carcassonne, Castelnaudary and its delicious cassoulet, or the Lauragais area with its timeless villages, historic Saint-Papoul abbey and vibrant festivals.

As the day draws to a close, campsite life flows naturally into relaxed evenings, with something for every mood. Each week, from the time the campsite opens until it closes, local musicians perform on the bar terrace, offering a special glimpse into Occitan tradition and culture.

In high season, there’s an even richer programme, with music quizzes, special events for children and teens, Occitan theme nights complete with cassoulet or more peaceful moments, simply savouring the mild summer evenings. The warmest way to end the day at Le Bout du Monde.
