Lovely campsite. Wonderful staff - kind, smiley, helpful. Many thanks to Mandy from reception, to Peter and the kids club team. Wonderful dancers and great shows. Shuttle to beach was very nice touch. Animal reserve was also a bonus.

Nice location , unfortunately the toilet block wasn’t cleaned to a good standard we did report this but it didn’t improve, they weren’t up to usual yelloh standards , very friendly staff , good cycle rides , good for dogs and good shop , bar facilities We were told by email that men need to wear swimming trunks and not swim shorts, we bought some only to find that there were no controls in place and men wearing shorts when we questioned this at reception we were told that it depends on when it is and how busy they are which we feel contradicted the information we were given by email

Excellent facilities on site which were very well maintained. However directions to the reception and entrance to the site were lacking and it wasn't clear that you had to turn right in front of the stables immediately after turning off the main road. Also heavy rain resulted in our pitch flooding badly with water accumulating ankle deep making it difficult to leave our campervan.

Beautiful part of France in the Camargue. Great location and very clean. Loved having the Premium XXL located by the animals and nature. Very friendly team. And my daughter loved the onsite ranch. We have been twice now and look forward to returning, especially when the theatre team return in July and August.

Everything was amazing. We had the best holiday and will definitely be returning next year. Our accommodation was perfect and very clean. The staff work so hard and are always happy to help. The entertainment was outstanding and the best we have ever had on a holiday, so much effort goes into what the do, we were amazed at the shows. I am always very critical but I really cannot praise this holiday village enough.

The entertainment and shows are exceptionally good. We stayed in a bungalow - also very clean and in good condition. Reception upon arrival - is below standard. I feel all the staff should speak better English or some other language than just French. You must expect foreign guests too and their language skills are poor. I tried in Spanish, English - even German without much success. The girl who checked us in then forgot to give us some bracelets which caused a very bad experience trying to access the Night Pool Party, where we were not allowed in. Very upsetting and noone even tried to help - we were just ask to contact reception the next day, which we did. Here we were promised access to another pool party another day in another campsite but the same day, it was cancelled and we were supposed to go to reception for another pool day, but in the end we did not go because it seemed useless. I think the worst part here, was standing at the pool area trying to get in with my 8 year old daughter and she was crying and the security were so rude and non-understanding. I felt like a criminal and i had every right to be there. This incident unfortunately ruined a lot of the experience for us - it was the poorest service and understanding from Yelloh Village. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

As far as Reception is concerned, we don't understand why you couldn't find anyone who spoke English or Spanish, as we all speak English and some of us also speak Spanish. I personally took care of you. On the subject of the Night Pool Party, we are sincerely sorry that the welcome from our security guards may have seemed rude to you. In fact, during the night (evening) the safety of our customers is essential to us and for this reason we do not accept people from outside of the campsite. Our staff are therefore instructed to be uncompromising with outsiders. We therefore understand your disappointment that he did not accept you on this evening, which is so important for your child, and we are very sorry about this. You should have had your bands when you arrived and we could have given them to you during our opening hours, i.e. every day from 8.30am to 9pm without interruption. We're very attached to children and their well-being is of the utmost importance to us! To compensate for your daughter's disappointment, we exceptionally allowed you to take part in the Night Pool Party at one of our other campsites about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, the night pool party was changed by one day, and we naturally took the time to notify you. All of this was explained to you in English and we were even able to converse in Spanish on a few occasions. We are truly saddened to read your comments when our teams are totally committed to providing you with the best possible service.EmilieReception
