I very much enjoyed my stay at the village.From even before I arrived my experience was excellent. The communication was first class. As was the accommodation! All of the staff that I had dealings with were friendly and most helpful. As special mention though to the cafe bar people. They were delightful. Always smiling… and friendly. Great service and great food too. I was there for the Wheels and Waves festival and I would definitely come back to you again . Many Thanks Kieran

Accommodation ok. Simple issues could be easily improved.ie no sharp knife in kitchen. Pathways and road down to mobile in very poor condition , for car, cycle and walkers. Frankly dangerous. Very poorly lit at night. Very poor vision coming out of difficulty turns onto main roadway through campsite frankly dangerous for children and adults.

Great site with very good facilities. Definitely one of the prettier sites we have stayed on. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only knocked off a point as we suffered a bit with flys, however on mentioning it staff tried their best to help.

A friendly team, good, pet friendly, restaurant(chilly in the cold weather, as mostly open)and excellent on pitch, individual kitchen and bathroom facilities to purchase. In the rainy weather this was a real help. The pitches really need health and safety surveys as some have trip hazards, such as multiple raised drain covers and staircases without safety railings. Some of the kitchen/ bathroom facilities have three or four steps with no handrail The steps down from the restaurant are very steep. Each step needs altering as the drop between steps is too deep. However, you can walk down to the pitches via the road. The dog walk is ridiculous, being on a steep slope, too small and looks like an afterthought.
