A lovely small campsite. Clean and well laid out but severely hampered by the obstructive, unhelpful reception team. They bordered on rude at every opportunity. The total opposite to what we have come to expect from yelloh! The river/canoe area was rather unusable due to lack of water. The football/rugby pitch was amazing and well utilized. The colour run was fun and well organised. The restaurant is delightful. Delicious food and lovely staff. A lovely region and the local town is delightful with a very helpful tourism office, which us useful as the campsite reception won't assist you in the slightest.

We have stayed before - this is not our first visit - we came before it was a Yelloh Village We have stayed in many french campsites and so know what to expect. We were very disappointed on our return for several reasons: - missing items in cabin and some disrepair - poor air conditioning - rude receptionists - i had an accident which involved going to hospital as my face was cut open and i needed stitches and nobody knew any first aid, or where the nearest hospital was - this was very poor - when i told reception team about it they didn’t even ask how I was - there was a sign up on the notice board saying do not drink the water, I enquired if this was still true, and I was fobbed off for even asking, the woman didn’t apologise for a misleading sign and just looked at me like i was foolish for asking - it is not a cheap place to stay - it has lost its warmth and individualised care - we also did not know the tennis was not longer there

1) The cottage was a high standard and very well equipped. However, it should not have taken 24 hours to replace a faulty TV smart card, especially as the error message clearly said that the smart card was at fault. We lost two days of the French Open tennis due to this and were not happy. 2) The outdoor swimming pools were great, but the gym was a disgrace. Two exercise bikes had broken seats and the heart pulse monitor did not work on the recumbent cycle. The equipment was sticky and clearly not cleaned daily, and the music was too loud. Our host was gracious, and made the majority of our stay a pleasure.
