We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the site is lovely. Good play park for the kids. The cottages are very nice and well maintained. The only thing is that there is no toilet paper, no washing liquid, or clothes so you need to buy everything and this is probably thrown away at your departure. It would be more ecofriendly to use what has been left by previous guests. Also you need to pay if you want to connect more than 1 device to the WiFi. Nowadays WiFi is free everywhere so it's a bit cheeky to ask you to pay especially because you are told that you are not guaranteed to get a good connection.

Lovely site, amazing location, friendly staff. But we really needed the terrace to be covered, as the weather meant we could not use it on many days, and the cottage Tribu did not have space inside for 10 people to eat and socialise together. Shop on site was also very limited.

Fabulous landscaping and privacy given using the vegetation and planting of treest and bushes, great space around the cabin. Well kept and relaxing. Inside the cabin was spotless and well equipped, would have liked an oven as well as a hob! The pillows are horrible and beds become a bit uncomfortable of you're staying longer than a few days. The kids club did not appeal toy older kids at all but they were fine neverthe less and loved the pools and the gorgeous lake. Menu I'm the restaurant a bit limited as is food provision but again, not bad at all. The takeaway pizza was good. The lifeguards were not really paying attention to the fact that older children were using the Balneo pool although they did stay quiet. We had an extremely relaxing time.

Excellent location. Excellent accommodation. Great kids’ club staff. Good entertainment and bar area. Nice swimming pool although small for number of families in peak season. Average shop. Average play park for older children. Average customer service in shop, reception and bar but this may have been because they were speaking in a second language and I don’t speak much French.

Overall a good stay. The accommodation was good, especially the jacuzzi and plancher giving us more options. Externally the cabine is well presented but internal doesn't give a premium feel. The staff really make this resort, all were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are quite small and dont give a 5 star feel. Playground, splash park and entertainment area are quite small. The proximity of the lake is great and gives an extra dimension to the stay, although this is a public lake.

Restaurant opening times were a bit complicated for holidays. Food was excellent though. Reception service was flawless. Accommodation was great. Nice and secluded. Evening entertainment has room for improvement. Guidelines for use of swimming pool is too restrictive (swimming trunks prohibited??? Thats a bit extreme.) Laundry was really really good
