- The park was lovely and spotless. Pools were excellent
- Staff generally lacked any customer service skills (especially at the bar and the takeaway food part). (not up to British standards)
- Wifi connection in K10 and K11 was poor, needs looking at
- Pillows in the bedrooms were poor also and no where near big enough. Very odd really
- Drinks at the bar were very expensive
- The parks needs more play areas for younger children
