We really enjoyed ourselves at your site, however, there were a couple of issues which became apparent. The weather was really hot and with no air conditioning in the units, I felt that fans should have been provided. As we had a young child with us, I did ask about a fan and a member of your team brought us one which was very kind. The only other issue I had is that there were no play facilities available which were suitable for a toddler. Overall a great site.

The camp site was as good as we had expected, having been to this camp before. We were aware that we were there during the last week of the season, but not been made aware that the bar and restaurant in the nature and sens area would close on the first Saturday of our stay, leaving us a little let down.

No oven, kettle or toaster, which I would consider a basic need! I had to rent the small appliances and ovens are not provided in any yelloh accommodation.

We loved our stay at Le Pin Parasol. The staff were just lovely, the grounds and pitches were amazing, we loved the size of our pitch and we didn't feel over loooked by any one. the entertainment and activities on offer were very good. We were there with the semi finals and finals of the womans world cup and the site let us watch all the games we wanted to watch. We felt safe at this site and felt there was plenty to do from the site and further afield.

The site and facilities were fantastic. We loved the quality of the toilet block, the pool facilities and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The only small criticism is there could have been more showers and toilets for high season - we occasionally had to queue - and some of the pitches were a little uneven.

We enjoyed our stay. We found it a bit difficult to locate our parking spot and chalet - I think the directions were wrong. Also, it took a few days to find our way around - the site map was not user-friendly. In fact, we found out it was not so complicated, but it took a few days to work that out.

We loved this place. Totally amazing. The only reason for giving 9 & not 10 was down to the beds. We stayed for a week and the beds just killed my sleep. I even tried to sleep on the sofa which was no better. The beds are far too hard with awful pillows. Put that aside, the entire place was amazing! The staff, pools, kids entertainment - everything. We will return - but with our camping beds.

Le Pin Paradis is a fantastic camp site. It's pitches are huge, well screened and shaded, all with electricity, water and drainage. The facilities on site are top grade. The swimming complexes are as good as anyone could expect at a 5 star hotel; all of your staff are well mannered, cheerful and helpful. Sanitary blocks are clean, modern, spacious and the shower water supply is hot. We had our 12 year old grandson staying with us; he made full use of the animations, and all credit to Hugo, who goes flat out, all day, in blazing heat, with unfailingly good humour. The site alone is as good as any I've experienced in visiting French campsites for over 40 years. Just off season, prices are very good too. The only reason(s) it's not scored 10/10 is nothing to do with the site. The area is not one of France's most picturesque. The beaches are magnificent, but getting on to them is problematic because of parking congestion. Secondly - and there is nothing the site can do about this - we had a week of cool, wet, unappealing weather.

Fantastic facilities. Pools, sanitaires and play areas are brilliant: clean, well equipped and well maintained. Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient and enthusiastic. My only negative is that the stock in the shop could be improved. Very little fresh produce available.
