The bathing area at the Domaine des Chênes Verts can be enjoyed throughout the campsite’s opening period for fun in the water whatever the weather! When it’s fine, take a dip in the sunshine in the outdoor pool. Splash, swim and then soak up the sun on the sunloungers placed around the pool. Young and old alike can hurtle down the two-lane single slide, or let themselves be carried down the sensational bend slide!

And when the forecast is less promising, you can still enjoy the water, because our Dordogne campsite has a heated, covered swimming pool where you can bathe at a guaranteed 28°C. In addition, its sliding roof means the pool can be used uncovered in summer.

For reasons of hygiene, loose-fitting swimming shorts must not be worn in the bathing area. Only close-fitting swimming briefs and swimsuits are permitted.

An aquatic playground for your water babies!

For children, the time they spend in the water is often the highlight of their holiday. Yelloh! Village Domaine des Chênes Verts is well aware of this and here, your little cherubs have their own aquatic playground. They will love the water slides, water jets, bubbles and the rest!

And for your tiniest tots, the paddling pool, heated to 28°C and just 30 cm deep, is the ideal place to help them take their first steps in the water in perfect safety.

Make the most of the Dordogne river

A lot of people go camping in the Dordogne to discover the eponymous river and the Vézère. Some opt for a kayak while others try their hand at via ferrata, but you can also enjoy the bathing spots if wild swimming is your thing!

Finally, note that the Domaine des Chênes Verts campsite is just a few kilometres from several beaches on the banks of the Dordogne. There, you can swim, row, or simply bask in the Périgord sunshine!
