We had a wonderful time x A kids paradise x The facilities were fantastic Our cabin was so modern, clean with wonderful views. The reception staff and little shop staff were friendly and very helpful.

Onsite restaurant swarmed with flies had to leave our meals and pay in full zero satisfaction when said to the waitress. Mattress in mobile home so uncomfortable really bad sleep for the 7 nights. Saw several rats during our stay and one ran out of the bushes under my sunbed one evening. Lake water is filthy green and smells. Huge mosquito and fly problems covered in bites.

Nice site but you seriously need to spend more time maintaining the campervan pitches grass overgrown hasnt been cut for many weeks electric points wobbly in danger of falling apart was not ammused to have to pay for the water never been anywhere that has this except an aires you take cash for the water and in the shop why not in the bar dont you trust your staff reception staff not very imformative to the uk customers

Paid for one night then went to pay for an additional night (30th June)to leave on July 1st and were charged the higher July price for the second night. Motorhomers beware: fill up with water before you get there as they charge you for water...oh and you have to pay for any water you need to wash out your toilette cassette too.

The front areas of the site are very nice, but the pitches are not well maintained. The sanitary blocks are clean, but very small and not comfortable for hanging clothes etc. The access to drinking water is non-existent, and the cassette emptying facilities are very poor. Having to pay €5 for fresh water when leaving, after paying €32 per night, is a rip off! I would not stay on a Yelloh! site again after this experience.

Fantastic site, friendly staff and excellent accommodation (perfect for young families if you get the baby kit!). Easy flat site with plenty to entertain two under five’s. Swimming pool was warm and welcoming. Easy to get into Bordeaux and surrounding beaches etc.

Absolutely not up to the usual standard of a yelloh campsite. Pitches where unkept and the the hook up junction boxes looked unsafe . The sanitary facilities are poor and overall maintenance of the site looks negligited

Good and pleasant campsite, close to local transport into Bordeaux. Staff very helpful and polite. There is a good little supermarket on site for fresh bread and coffee. I would def come here again. The only thing we weren’t too happy with was not being told at check in that we would have to pay for water so that we hadn’t wasted time trying to find a tap that worked, eventually having to go back to reception to ask.

Perfect Location close to the city of Bordeaux. Clean washroom areas, but sometimes missing soap and paper at the toilets. The maintenance of the outdoor area seemed to be behind, overwhelming greens covering the campsites, not cut for a long time. Due to a lot of rain, the grounds was also very slippery and muddy.. would benefit from having more hard areas to park campers and Mobil homes on instead of plain grass and a lot of sandy stuff. Also hard to find the electrical supplies as they were hidden in the uncut bushes. Overall workable but not homely or cosy, not a camping that is enjoyable. All staff very friendly though!
