When we first arrived we were put on a pitch which was very tight for our tent even though in our booking we had given the dimensions. The first night was very noisy from both the camp site entertainment and the other campers around us and whilst this might not bother some people for us it was awful. We didn't sleep well and felt very ontop of other people. The next day I asked at reception if there were any other possibilities for us which were quieter. We were given 4 options to look at and we moved to a much more preferable site. Then we had a lovely holiday. The staff were very helpful and did look after us. The river was great for swimming. The pool was always active. The kids club was more biased to French and Dutch speaking but one of the children was happy to go along. As Brits we were in a minority at the camp-site and there were a lot of French and Dutch so I do understand. It was one of the reasons for going, to not have too many English around.
We ate in the restaurant twice one lunchtime and this was good, really nice pizzas. One evening meal which was very mediocre for the cost. The toilets and shower blocks were always clean and fresh smelling. It would have been nice to have toilet seats on the toilets. Lots to do in the area, went horse riding which was recommended through the camp-site - very good. Found our own canyoning which was also good.

very clean cottages warm pool would have liked a welcome pack considering how much we paid, a tea towel and liquid soap a washing up cloth for just a few Euros this would have maid a difference. You could also make a small charge for a food pack for late arrivals

Super location. Customer service very good. But new toilet block not as good as the one it replaced! There were fewer showers than last year.
