In an exceptional natural setting, beside a 19th century church, you can relax next to its water park, unwind on its property or enjoy its three ponds, where you can fish or go for a walk along the banks before setting off on a walk to discover the local area.

Between Bretignolles-sur-Mer and la Roche-sur-Yon, in the middle of a 50 hectare park only 20 minutes from the beaches, the campsite village of Château la Forêt is ideally located.

Your activities on the premises
With two swimming pools, a water slide and a paddling pool, children and adults alike will be delighted with the water park at the campsite. For maximum enjoyment, one of the two pools is covered and heated, with water at a temperature of 27 °C. What could be better than relaxing for a moment in the pool after a day of activities, whatever the weather?
The three ponds surrounding the campsite make for a variety of activities: strolling along the banks, fishing... Or why not just stay and enjoy the tranquil water while watching the sun go down?
We also provide activities which can be either invigorating or gentle: horse riding, paintball, adventure park, pétanque, pool and golf are all available to make your holiday a truly memorable one!
And when the evening arrives, the activities don't come to an end: come and join us in the middle of the campsite to enjoy concerts or a barbecue.
Your nearby activities
Less than 30 minutes' drive from the campsite, the towns of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, la Roche-sur-Yon and Saint-Gilles Croix-de-Vie will welcome your visit! There, you can discover all that is charming about these ancient harbour and seaside towns.
You mustn't miss Le Puy-du-Fou: immerse yourself in the life-size historical reconstructions that'll give you a real buzz!
Beaches, sand dunes and marshes are some of the highlights of this region! Whether you're keen on fishing, sunbathing on the white sand, water sports or beach activities, you'll find what you want here.
By bike or on foot, you can stroll through the forests and moors along the coast or of l'île d'Yeu, before stopping off at a terrace of a small restaurant, in the shade of a willow tree, to enjoy some seafood or pancakes...
