The Biscarrosse Ocean Radio festival

On June 1st, 2024, the seaside resort of Biscarrosse will once again host an annual event always keenly-awaited by both locals and holidaymakers - the Océanes de la Radio. A fabulous festival that’s completely free of charge! Each year it brings together an enthusiastic audience of nearly 10,000 in front of the large stage on the Boulevard des Sables, just a step away from the Atlantic Ocean and close to the town’s emblematic green dunes. Come with the family and join the crowds for a musical celebration to mark the start the summer season in style, on the Landes coast!

During the week, the local radio Fréquence Grands Lacs and the many volunteers work furiously to ensure that everyone has a great time dancing and singing in fabulous surroundings. Both French and international artists will be making the journey to Biscarrosse, so come and applaud them on stage as they put on an unforgettable show! With a mix of well-known names and rising stars performing on the giant 100m² radio stage, it is hardly surprising that the event is so popular amongst young and old.
