When they have finished their holiday, our customers are sent a satisfaction questionnaire about the different aspects of their Yelloh! Village holiday. The forms are then analysed and processed by our quality control department. With more than 300 questionnaires per village, the representativeness and relevance of these surveys is recognised. We have nothing to hide, and we are proud of these comments: here, you can find all our customers' opinions for every Yelloh! Village. Every comment shown in the customer comments is taken into account, and every questionnaire is analysed.
