1. Section 1: How do I book?

1.1. How do I book more than one accommodation or camping pitch?

If you wish to book more than one accommodation or camping pitch, you need to complete a form for each booking. For example, if you want to be next door to your friends, simply make a note of this in the "comments" section of each booking form. The Yelloh! Village campsite will do its utmost to meet your requirements, subject to availability.

1.2. Can I choose my pitch number?

You can make a note of your preference in the "comments" section of your booking form (for example: close to the pool, pitch for a large 8m caravan, etc.). The camping village will allocate the pitch best suited to your requirements, subject to availability.

1.3. How do I check availability or get a quote?

Checking availability or getting a quote couldn't be easier! Go to our website and click on "Make a reservation" in the top right of the screen and then make your selection. Or call us on +33 (0)4.66.739.739. Contact our Call Center from Monday to Friday from 9 :00 to 19:00, on Saturday from 9.00 to 18.00.

1.4. How do I book a holiday?

You can book your holiday:

  • via our website, simply click on the "Make a reservation" button in the top right of the screen and complete the online booking form. Booking is quick and payment by credit card is secure.
  • by calling us on our central reservations number +33 (0)4.66.739.739 (secure payment by credit card).

In all cases, you will be asked for the following information on the booking form: surname and first name, date of birth of each person in the party, your address, your telephone number and your e-mail address.

The booking becomes effective and firm when it has been agreed by the village and upon receipt of a 25% deposit. For more details, please refer to the General Conditions of Sale.

Yelloh! Village is not bound by bookings unless Yelloh! Village has accepted them. Yelloh! Village is free to accept or refuse bookings, depending on availability and, in general, depending on any circumstances that are likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Yelloh! Village offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation has been specially designed for this purpose. Yelloh! Village reserves the right to refuse any booking that might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.

The booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the Village.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

1.5. Is it possible to place an option for a holiday?

No, it is not possible to place an option on a holiday. Any booking request must be definite.

2. Section 2: Methods of payment

2.1. What are the different methods of payment available?

  • The easiest payment method is by credit card on our website (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and Carte Bleue). Make sure you have your booking reference number (starting with O2009 or O201, etc.) Payment by credit card is secure.
  • By telephoning our central reservations on +33 (0)4.66.739.739.
  • To make a payment via a method other than credit card, contact Yelloh! Village central reservations or make direct contact with the Yelloh! Village campsite where you want to stay. Other acceptable methods of payment are: cheque, traveller's cheques and bank transfer.

2.2. What do I do if I don't have a credit card?

If you don't have a credit card, you can call central reservations and speak to an adviser to find out the options available to you.

2.3. Do you accept traveller’s cheques?

Traveller's cheques are accepted when paying the balance of any holiday spent in any of the Yelloh! Village, except for our Yelloh! Village in Spain: le Mas St Josep.

2.4. What do our prices include?

Prices are valid for the current season. They include the accommodation booked, plus:

  • Children's activities,
  • Evening entertainment,
  • Sporting activities (excluding those where a supplement is indicated),
  • Baby kit (cot + high chair), if booked, for holidays before 02/07 and after 29/08 (€4 per night in high season),
  • Entry to swimming pool,
  • Access to toilet blocks for camping pitches.

Our prices do not include:

  • Local authority tourist tax,
  • Visitors or additional people,
  • Pets staying in the accommodation,
  • Booking fees for pitches in some camping villages,
  • Cleaning of rental units (prior to departure), to be done by the occupants or on request, subject to payment,
  • Activities offered outside the camping village,
  • Rental of sheets, except in rental units,
  • Food or drink consumed at the bar or in the restaurant,
  • Security or cancellation insurance.

2.5. When will my account be debited?

The camping village will debit your bank account with a 25% deposit at the time of confirming your holiday. This is generally within 72 hours of making your booking.

2.6. How can I check to see if my booking has been recorded properly?

By contacting central reservations on +33 (0)4.66.739.739 or by making direct telephone contact with the Yelloh! Village where you have made the booking.

2.7. When and how should I settle the balance for my holiday?

When?
The balance of your holiday needs to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival at the campsite.

How?

  • By credit card: via the Internet or by contacting central reservations and quoting your booking reference number which begins O2009 or O201... and your credit card number. We would encourage you to make your payment via the Internet.
  • By bank transfer: directly by a member of bank staff, who should make a note of your name and booking reference number in the transaction comments section (for certain Yelloh! Village brochure).
  • By cheque or ANCV Traveller's Cheque. You are recommended to send this by registered post directly to the Yelloh! Village where you have made the booking.

3. Section 3: Changing a booking

3.1. What is cancellation insurance?

Cancellation fees may be covered by cancellation policies offered by the Village, for a fee of 10 e including taxes per holiday for camping pitches or from 2 e including taxes per night for rental accommodation.
Should one of the following events occur before your departure:

  • serious illness, serious accident or death of a member of your family,
  • complications with pregnancy before the 7th month,
  • extensive material damage to your own property rendering your presence absolutely necessary,
  • redundancy,
  • accident or theft of your vehicle and/or your caravan occurring during your direct journey to your place of stay,
  • cancellation or change of holiday dates by your employer.

You will be refunded as follows:

  • the 25% deposit (excluding any booking and insurance fees) if the event occurs between the date of booking and the 30th day before the anticipated date of taking up the facilities.
  • 100% of the rental cost (excluding any booking and insurance fees), if events occur less than 31 days prior to this date.

If, during your stay, one of the above eventualities occurs compelling you to curtail your holiday, you shall be refunded with the sum corresponding to the portion of your stay not yet taken and already charged by the campsite.
In the event of an accident, notify the campsite in writing (recorded delivery) within 24 hours of learning of any event impeding your departure. Notify the insurer within 48 hours, providing written proof of the accident.

3.2. Why should I take out cancellation insurance?

If you do not have cancellation insurance and if you cancel your booking earlier than 30 days before the date your holiday begins, your deposit will not be refunded. You will receive no refund for the full amount of your holiday for a cancellation made less than 30 days before the date your holiday begins.

3.3. How can I make changes to my booking?

Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability in the same Yelloh! Village.
In the absence of any notification from you regarding a change of arrival date, the accommodation will be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the contract and you will consequently forfeit your booking.

4. Section 4: Children

4.1. Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?

Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of people stated for the cottage must not be exceeded.
Please note that with camping pitches, children under the age of 3 can stay free at any time in the season!

4.2. Do the activity leaders look after children aged between 0 and 4 ?

No, the campsites with a "Yelloh! Babies" club offer services especially designed and solely for children under the age of 4, without management staff. The family is responsible for looking after the children.

5. Section 5: Your pets

5.1. Are pets permitted in camping pitches only?

Pets are permitted on Yelloh! Village camping pitches, except for class 1 and 2 dangerous dogs, subject to a supplementary payment of €4 per night.

5.2. Are pets permitted in rental units?

Some Yelloh! Village permit pets in rental units (see the multi-criteria search on our website and the synoptic table in the Yelloh! Village brochure).

In all cases, dogs should always be kept on a lead. They are prohibited from swimming pool areas, in food shops and in buildings. Dogs' and cats' vaccination certificates must be up-to-date.

The Yelloh! Village map can be requested from the Yelloh! Village.

6.3. Are the rental units heated, air-conditioned?

All rental units have heating and some have air-conditioning (see descriptions of rental units in the village pages). To be absolutely sure, read the descriptions of our rental units carefully, as they appear on our website.

6.4. Are the terraces covered?

Some of them are. To be absolutely sure, read the descriptions of our rental units carefully, as they appear on our website or in our brochure.

6.5. Is bed linen provided in the rental units?

Yes, bed linen and pillows are always provided in the rental units.

6.6. When do the campsite seasons begin and end?

You will find the opening and closing dates for the campsites in the description of each village on our website or in the brochure.

6.7. What are the times for possible arrival and departure at a Yelloh! Village?

For rental units, arrival is from 5 pm and for camping pitches, arrival is from midday. We would request that you kindly advise the camping village if you anticipate arriving late (after 7 pm except for July and August and after 9 pm in July/August).
Departure must be before 10 am for rental units and before 11 am for camping pitches.
