With the ancient village of Romanyà de la Selva at its centre, Santa Cristina D'Aro is a special location from which to explore the Costa Brava or the inland region, which is full of natural treasures.

You'll also be able to travel back through history through the town's remains. The dolmen of la Cova d'en Daine, the Menhir de la Muerta, the ruins of the Château de Solius; all these will take you back to the past of this town, which has all sorts of stories to tell. You could also get on your bike and cycle down the old railway line of Le Carrilet, and cross through the inland region from Sant Feliu de Guixols to Olot!
