Charleval is a small town occupying a dream location: on the border between Bouches-du-Rhône and Vaucluse, at the foot of the gently undulating hills of the Chaîne des Côtes, ideal for exploring the wonders of the Luberon.

You will find a magnificent castle here (not open to visitors) and a beautiful swimming pool in the pine forest. Just try and resist a refreshing dip during your visit to the Luberon!

Camping Charleval

Charleval's architecture is unlike that of other Provencal villages: you won't find any small, narrow, winding streets here, but straight, orderly streets, which afford it a vaguely American charm.

Charleval is also an ideal departure point for some stunning walks: set out at your own pace and discover the superb landscapes of the Luberon or the Alpilles.
