Food prices on site were really expensive. There were very few activities in the evenings. There were insufficient bycicles to hire - no childrens' bikes were available at all. As we had no car, this meant we were stuck on site for the whole time and we were bored. There was no transport to excursions so we couldn't even go on them.

Site was great. Lovely facilities, pool and accommodation.. Reception staff were very friendly and accomodating. Site was situated in an acorn Forrest and these dropped throughout the night which was very noisy (location 91) Welcome meeting was geared more to the French speakers..

Lovely swimming pool and area. Helpful staff. We had a nice camping pitch in a quiet corner of the site. I think that the play area behind the swimming pool -where the ping pong tables are- could be developed a bit more so there is a proper play area for the slightly older children aged 6 and over

Overall lovely site, pool was a bit small for the size of the park - got very busy. Not enough toilets, which weren't cleaned frequently enough. Pitches not very level.

The shop was very poor(when open) Our bed was very hard and we woke with a bad back every morning The bar staff were busier with talking to friends than serving paying customers The swimming pool attendant made rules up on a moment and then broke rules herself by smoking The spa area made up its own opening hours and rules,who ever opperated the spa seem not to like doing any work because it was not open the whole time we were at the camp,when we asked to book it we were told it was fully booked"which was simply a lie by your receptionist! And the wi-fi code was changed half way through the week but we were not informed. We will be going back to camp panoramicin Pyla de la dune next time!!"

The camp site and staff were great. Everything looked new and very good quality. The showers and toilet areas were constantly clean and tidy. Even though my stay was near the end of the season, the camp site in general was in very good order. The pool area was very nice also; always clean and always a friendly member of staff around to help. Towards the end of week the pool were a little colder than I would have liked but it did not stop my 2 year old daughter from enjoying them. The shop staff were also very friendly and useful especially with our ice and when hiring bikes. The children's play areas were also very good and well suited for all young children. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful on our arrival and gave us all the information we need for our holiday.

Bed very uncomfortable Limited range of products in shop Staff in bar area need customer service training. I speak French but found them reluctant to serve and said they didntunderstand me on three occasions. I have never had this problem ever before Sadly no BBQ at chalet. Had to use communal ones in central area Excellent live band one evening Great pool area Quiet site Clean Good location and setting Wifi

Great site, really nice pitch. Pool area was nice & clean & kids loved the pool. Could do with some more sun loungers around the pool area. Found the bar/restaurant to be very expensive - 4 ice creams cost 14 Euros! There was a mix up with our sites when we arrived as we had requested 2 sites next too each other. This was sorted out for the next day but meant 8 of us had to share a very uncomfortable night in a cabin. Also bar was very noisy until from 9.30 until midnight All in all though we had a great time & would recommend to a friend

Security when entering the site could have been better.. Swimming pool was nice and we had some good meals in the restaurant/bar. I would use this site again if visiting the area.
