Very friendly, helpful staff, nice accommodation and facilities. But the heated" swimming pools were not heated! there needs to be more accessible bins, and please improve the Wifi connection"

Positives- Excellent cabin facilities, free bikes provided. Good lighting at night. Picturesque village nearby, very friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives- Very expensive restaurant and the price did not reflect on the quality of the food and the swimming pool was not clean.

Great site in good location.
Restuarant food average,however very friendly helpful staff in bar/restuarant.
Disappointed in facilities only being open between 14 and 16hr each day-realise that it is not peak season,however perhaps it should be on internet site that facilities limited in low season.
Bikes at disposal great idea,kids and us enjoyed very much.
Mobile home upto yelloh high standard,clean on arrival.

the camp site was really nice but not as big or as active as i thought it would be. it is described on the web site as a family friendly site - what it should say is young families as the pool and site was not really designed for my 17 year and 15 year old children.
accomodation was good. I expected to be in the woods and we were. I would recommend thta just a few branches around our caravan are cut so that we could enjoy the evening sunshine - we had complete shade.

Very nice clean site with good activities and facilities. The shop was very expensive (we found the same goods in the local Lidl for a fraction of the price). The site we had was rather 'bumpy' and on a hill. We would have been much more comfortable on a flat site. All in all though a nice site and we would re-visit and recommend to firends.

Good campsite, very clean well presented accommodation and good, friendly helpful staff. The available bicycles for free use was a nice extra, although all had faults. Disliked the loose unmade roads, which made the site look scruffy, and cycling more dangerous. Pool is small, not depth enough but very well heated.
I used toilet/shower blocks, those near reception were poorly maintained and poorly cleaned, block nearer my accommmodation were very good and very well equiped but not always clean. I used both at around 7 to 8am in the morning. Shop was poor, in my opinion, which is sadly usually the case with campsite shops.
Overal good campsite I would gladly use again.
Does the rubbish disposal have to outside campite?, recycling limited to plastic. How about paper and tins.

The cottages were in a nice relaxed setting and were cosy and homely but we felt the equipment/utensils provided were extremely basic and borderlining waste of time". EG. coffee cups were tiny and not big enough, tin opener was something we had never seen before and would have needed instructions to be able to use it, spoons were all stained. We emailed before we arrived to see whether we needed to bring our own towels and bedding and were told we needed to bring towels but when we got there we had no bedding but to the credit of the reception staff they did not charge us for the loan of bedding, unfortunately we arrived on Saturday but had to wait until Tuesday before any clean pillowcases were available for us.
We liked the rural location of the site, the setting of it was very nice, the shop on site was extremely highly priced and sold only basic items. The takeaway food we ordered was shocking and we threw it away and didn't attempt any further food on the site. The staff in the bar area appeared to not know very much english so chose to ignore us instead of serving us most of the time.
We were very impressed with was the information provided by the reception staff regarding local amenities (supermarkets, train stations, etc). They were always happy to help."
