A stone's throw from the campsite, 4 hiking and mountain-bike trails take you on to the hills overlooking the Verdon. You can improve your swing at the Lubéron golf club, in Pierrevert.

GOOD POINTS- friendly welcome - liked the Provencal cottage - air conditioning was welcome - we liked the mesh window blinds - good shower unit - verandah seating area very good - the unit was clean on arrival - like parking directly outside the cottage - nice grounds to walk around in the campsite - fantastic swimming pool - town centre was fairly close with lots of restaurants to choose from.
NOT SO GOOD - the main bedroom was small,making it difficult to get in and out of bed - the on site restaurant seemed to cater mostly for large groups of people and did not seem to cater for couples - choice of menu was limited - no shop on site for basic food items - pool not open until 11am!

The site was ideally situated by the river and the pitches were a good size. The pool and other facilities on site were excellent. The only drawbacks were:-
1) No shop on site for basic essentials (e.g. milk,etc)
2) No on site facility to supply camping gas refills

Our first observation was that the park was in a really lovely setting and had been laid out really well. Our cottage was lovely and clean and well laid out with everything in it that was required for our stay. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful.
