As we arrived around 2000 hrs the reception was closed but the key to our chalet was available for us. The only min point was the gas bottles being empty at the chalet, this was put right First thing in the morning. The reception staff were very good, friendly and help full. I would recommend Punto camp site to anyone, as it is clean quiet and well managed.

The campsite was lovely with very good facilities, however we strongly resent the system involving the compulsory wearing of security bracelets. It is derogatory and patronising. Whilst we appreciate the desire to provide evening entertainment we didnt much like having it enforced on us ( we didnt pack any earplugs ) until midnight every evening, particularly when we had to listen to the likes of 'YMCA' by the village people most evenings. It reminded me of Benidorm circa 1982, believe me that is not a compliment.

The campsite was great, always really clean - the staff were absolutely fantastic and really friendly. How it could be improved: We stayed in the house and some things could have made this better - there were no mugs, there was no DVD player which would have been great when it rained. I was dissapointed that the exercise machines shown on the website are no longer there - they shouldnt be pictured if they are no longer on offer. Its a shame the childrens entertainment (min-disco) stopped during our second week. In all the house does not really measure up in terms of accomodation with similar priced gites or villas - the fact that you have access to the camp facilities does balance this - but it would be easier to fix, some more comfy chairs, something for the kids to do (a few games etc.) and perhaps a splash pool wuld make this perfect - as would another bathroom / bath if you developed the upstairs of the house....I dont think 2 families could really stay in this house as it stands now.. Overall we had a great holiday..and might return...and with some more work on that house I think it's potentially a really great accomodation option if you dont want to actually camp" but still want the facilities and entertainment..."

Not ideal: The tent pitch's were too close to the entertainment so the noise at night was very loud. Also the entertainment went on till midnight which was a bit too late for small children. We had two days with no hot water (I think the water heater was broken?) More ping pong tables would have been good Overall: General Camp site areas, pitches, showers & toilets were kept very clean

We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the upkeep of our mobile home. It was very clean when we arrived. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. the only downsides were 1) the location of our mobile home. We felt it was a bit out of the way and we had our back to everyone one else 2) the swimming pool outside was very cold and not as big as we had expected

We enjoyed our first holiday with Yelloh very much. The campsite was well managed, clean and relaxed. Staff were on hand to answer and deal with any queries promptly. Our premium cottage was excellent. We will return.

Positive; Most ample pitches for tents, with electricity and water to each. Sense of security and quiet. Generally well-kept site, with toilet blocks always clean. Friendly, helpful receptionists, and staff in general. Plenty of rubbish bins. Good pools and jacuzzis. Good play areas with various activities available. Adequate shade throughout the site. Constructive; Everyone ignored the 'secuirty' arm bands - unrealistic to be kept on for the duration of one's stay. Wi-fi should certainly have been allowed for multiple devices once paid for, and free anyway on a 4-star site. The water and electricity supplies to tent pitches were not strictly up to safety regulations. There was only one temperature on showers = Hot. No slides/ toboggans at pool for kids. Extra satellite toilets would have been welcome for those further away from the single sanitary block.

Liked camp site very much. Being a smaller site everything was close. Very clean facilities and shower was always available. We have a very large pitch. Staff in reception friendly and helpful and liked being able to get fresh bread every day. We wanted to stay at Sylvamar but it was full but on reflection I think I prefer Punta Lago because it seemed smaller and more personal. Only complaint was the weather, could have been better but had some good days. If you could arrange sun every day next time it would be perfect score of 10! Loved the area, very rural france and not too commercialised.

The facilities on site were disappointing. There was no bakery or shop on site. The menu in the bar doubled in price as soon as the 1st of July arrived! There was no security guard at all before the 1st July which was a shocking failure in my opinion. I had first booked a mobile home with air conditioning which had air conditioning. I did change to a premium and when I asked why there was no air conditioning in the premium, I was told that none was needed as all the premium homes were shaded. That was not true. We were in number 5 and it was in the full rays of the sun from 10am until 8pm and the heat was unbearable. Within 3 days of arriving on site we had problems with ants in the kitchen and shower room. They quickly moved to the bedroom and while we were offered, and took, an alternative mobile home, this lead to a huge inconvenience for us and a very unrelaxing holiday.

We booked early, so were a little worried that we didn't see any security at night once reception had closed. Also, we stayed in premium 4, there was no air conditioning and I think this is an oversight. Air conditioning should be in place, we had several days and nights where we were very hot and the small shade isn't enough. Not having the option to have air conditioning would play a bit part in us booking with Yelloh again.
