It was a wonderful friendly well organised site. The receptionists were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the kids club person, Germain was excellent and our kids loved going to the kids club every day. The bike hire person was amazingly kind when I had a serious bike accident. The site was beautiful, the pool area perfect, the caravans clean and welcoming and set in the most beautiful scenery. It had just the right balance for our family who like to take part in activities but also like a relaxing atmostphere. The bar evening with the singer was excellent, good value for money and the music was modern, nice to see a singer who is a bit funky. All in all it was a lovely campsite with friendly, helpful people who made the site what it was.
We will recommend the site to our friends or anyone who wants to stay in a great campsite. Thank you for living up to expectations.

Everything absolutely fantastic and perfect, only 2 little things to mention are a tea towel would have been nice to have in the bungalow, and the showers were amazingly lovely and hot, but every now and then the water would be burning hot and would hurt for a few seconds... apart from that everything fantastic, especially the amazing guitar player that played on Friday night I think. Thanks very much, we hope to come back soon.

Lovely campsite by day but too noisy late in the evening - the noise seemed to come from neighbouring sites and the disco on the main road. Plus, I am still scraping the pine trees sap from my car - I'm not happy about that!

A lovely situation. Peaceful even when busy.
It would perhaps be helpful to make it clear to occupants that they must clean the premises before vacating - this would avoid any embarrassment on departure.
Also, we did not realise that there would be no linen provided on the beds - again, it would help to make this clear.
Otherwise, very good.

This was my 3rd visit to the Panorama site, so I feel the comments I will make below are quite realistic.
It seems to me that the general atmosphere has worsened over time. The main problem I feel is that teenage children are allowed to run free throughout the park and sadly some are trouble-makers that spoil the enjoyment of others. I think that some parents have learned that Panorama is place where kids can be let loose so the parents can relax - but what they don't do is consider what their kids get up to. But the real problem is that there are no staff to monitor the behaviour of these unsupervised children.
In general I find your staff to be excellent - friendly and helpful. But it is not their job to manage the good behaviour of children. Many of your staff are young themselves and so do not have the experience or authority to enforce rules. I recommend that you get some older, more experienced staff whose job it is to make sure that there is less bad behaviour.
The worst place is the pool and in particular the slide. I understand and accept that the pool is not supervised by a lifeguard, but it does need supervision of some kind. There is much bad behaviour on the slide and my children were hurt on several occasions - in the end they stopped going on the slide. The naughty children's parents are nowhere to be seen so the kids do as they wish, and there are no Yelloh village staff in sight.
I appreciate the laid back atmosphere and do not say there should be a full-time attendant closely monitoring the pool/slide. But here are no staff at all*. If children thought that they could be seen misbehaving then perhaps they would be more considerate, but they no there is nobody to stop them.
*I complained about this to reception but was told there was a full time pool attendant. I can assure you that I never saw him once (not by the pool anyway - playing cards and smoking in the bar yes). But it is not the fault of this individual - the problem is bigg

This was our third time on the Pyla site and again we enjoyed ourselves, though a couple of storms came as a surprise, somethingh we had not experienced before. The pitch we were given was not exactly where we had asked for though it gave us a plesant sea view, but the ground was very stony and therefore difficult to hammer tent pegs into. But overall another good holiday, thank you.

We liked the campsite very much especially the unspoilt woodland surroundings and being so near the beach, the cycleway and the bus service into nearby towns.
