Getting back into shape
Take advantage of the holidays to get back into shape! Every morning, a qualified supervisor leads stretch, weight-training and aerobics sessions in the sports hall, which is equipped with weight-training apparatus. In our hammam, you'll soak up all the benefits of steam baths, relaxing your muscles and relieving stress.
Activities on the premises, and freely accessible
Sports from dawn to dusk! On the agenda: swimming in the sea or heated pool with its multi-lane slide, and the right mix of energetic activities, gym, water aerobics, tennis, water-polo, or, for something more leisurely, ping-pong, darts, table football, petanque, all in the spirit of friendly fun. Participate freely in the activities of your choice.
For hikers
From the top of the pink-sandstone cliffs, come and discover the magnificent bay of Saint-Brieuc with its many small inlets, and watch the seabirds. The customs footpath (Sentier des Douaniers) will take you on delightful walks along the coast. Note that these are accessible to all. You can also explore Erquy using the mountain-bike circuits. You have a choice: 3 laps of 15, 26 and 45 kilometres.
Manual and artistic activities
Adults can express their creative talents at the Arts Plastiques club: painting, creating various objects with seashells...
Water sports
Make the most of the beauty of northern Brittany to take to the sea: sailing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, or a try-a-dive. All the water sports are here for the taking. At low tide, take the whole family shellfishing.

While exploring the region, you can stop for a game of golf or mini-golf, a spot of mountain biking, the aerial assault course, or quad biking... You'll be spoilt for choice!
