Campsite was clean and staff were very helpful. My young daughter had an accident while we were there and your staff were brilliant, they called an ambulance and helped us as much as possible. The next day they came and checked she was ok and also telephoned the hospital to translate what we needed to do next. The gentleman who worked at the pool and the lady (with glasses) behind the snack bar were brilliant - Thank You.

Location excellent, park was fantastic for kids and the staff were very friendly. The accomodation, although clean and well appointed had some easily repairable damage (such as the bedside table being broken) and some of the light fittings being loose. If these minor issues were fixed the score could have been 10 :-) All in all we were very happy and would return

We enjoyed our stay at Les Pins and were happy with the standard of the pitch itself. We would, however make the following points:- We were pleased to have been located near to washrooms and mentioned this on arrival at Reception but two days later these were closed in preparation for the end of the season. Having a caravan and awning, we were unable to move pitches. The road to the other washrooms was unlit, making such a visit after dark quite dangerous. We also noted in the leaflet your request to conserve water. We always try to do this but as there were no plugs in the sinks, many litres of water were being wasted. The washrooms were, however, kept clean and tidy. Both swimming pool facilities were excellent and we would certainly consider returning to this site.

Lovely staff and handy shop on site. The outdoor pool was excellent and great fun for all the family. Would have been nice if you stated in the booking information that men cannot wear swim shorts. The accomodation was excellent. Fellows holiday makers were lovely too. Lovely local area.

Disappointing that the wellness centre very small and only open for one day. The swimming pool strict on swim wear for men/boys and this was not advised previously and in addition the shop did not sell the correct swim wear. The gym was old and some equipment was rusty and looked unsafe. The caravan was very small and location was overlooked in every way and in particular the bathroom. The reception staff were not very helpful

The pitches are rather small and uneven. The closure of toilet blocks at night is terrible for campers. Rather disappointed. Rules on swimwear are awkward especially as in August it is very difficult to purchase any.

We enjoyed the holiday. We stayed in one of your hire tents. In spite of initial misgivings (the rather austere appearance of the tent was a little off-putting) we appreciated its robust construction and heavy duty canvas which kept out the rain and there was plenty of head-room inside which, as a tall person, I particularly appreciated. The sanitary block I would describe as acceptable, but no more. Why is there no temperature control on the showers? It meant that you had to keep the temperature at a level that is acceptable to small children, which means warm, but not hot. There were a number of broken fittings in several of the cubicles, which is disappointing in what appears to be quite a new block. We really liked the design of the aquatic area, but we all received minor injuries, scrapes and bruises as a result of coming into contact with the very rough surface of the bottom and sides of the pool. I have visited many of your sites over the years but have not had this problem before. It is for this reason alone that it is unlikely that we will visit this site again.

i had my bicycle was stolen while I was on site, these things happen, but I was surprised when I reported it to reception how little interest there was. I realise there isnt much you can do about it, but i would have thought you would want to keep a record of it.
