I have been going to YellohVillage for almost 8 years, but this is the worst I got.
Not very friendly at reception upon arrival
Very unfriendly (aggressive) at swimming pool by the guard
Swimming pool closed for 1 day for some cleaning (if you have only 6 days this is a lot)
Lot's of noice in the camping even after 22h
chalets very close to eachother

This is a lovely campsite - very clean and great pool complex. The shop was reasonably priced and the entertainment seemed comprehensive.
There is no English spoken onsite. While my husband and I didn't mind as we speak some French, the 'mini club' was entirely in French with a few words of Dutch. Unfortunately this meant my children were ignored by staff and handed crayons/paper while everyone else took part in activities. They only went once or twice for a short while as a result.

The 6/8 person cottage was excellent and we were very well positioned. The only small complaint I have is that one of the cottages near us had guests who parked their car outside the cottage which meant there were 2 cars parked side by side. Due to this it was very difficult for me to drive my car away from our cottage.

Welcome terrible, none of the confirmation details received via email mentioned the need to bring 150Euro in cash as a deposit. No sheets provided, stating blankets provided is confusing, as a result we did not bring any and had to make to with disposable ones for the stay. Cottages are very close together and no room to move in the bedrooms.
Pool area was good, as was entertainment and other staff with the the exception of reception.
Overall value for money is very poor compared with cost of stay in a hotel and level of comfort

The campsite and its staff were a credit to Yelloh. It was obvious that every single member of staff took huge pride in the site.
The quality of the entertainment provided by the animations team was of the very highest standard.
The pool area was fantastic and much enjoyed by our 3 children.

Location was perfect as well as the housing, but too much noise in the late evening , animation and shows music was to hard and focussed on older childeren and adults not small kids.

This is our second time using Yelloh (previously in Normandy) and we loved it. The facilities are clean, safe and enjoyable for all. The pool was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The holiday was fine and your facilities were well looked after and prepared. However, an unexpected charge of 55 euros was made as we needed to leave at 0800, not in the miniscule 0830-1000 window you allowed. This charge was not indicated on the website nor at any stage of the booking process. It is a quite unreasonable charge levied on anyone who flies back to the UK and we will not be staying with Yelloh again.

We were very happy with the campsite and our accommodation. We were also very impressed with the friendly and helpful reception staff, especially a lady whose name I think was Mauranne. She was very helpful.
Our only complaint was that we had trouble sleeping. Every night there seemed to be some sort of alarms going off, not very loud but very irritating. And on the last night we were disturbed by a generator on the end of the accommodation next door which was going on and then off throughout the night.
