We had the most amazing stay. There were no real negatives to be honest. The only negative was the slow service in the restaurant. We were not advised that we had to book and upon our first 2 visits were were just asked if we had booked. It would have been nice to be advised that we needed to book.

liked the camp site and pools
reception were fabulous....very helpful and friendly
accommodation was a little cramped
didn't like the lack of an oven.....as barbecues are not allowed only option was the hob
hated the plastic sheets

Great holiday location - pools are great and what really made it was the location right on the banks of the Ardeche. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Children loved the range of childrens activities.

Were people in the pool without wristbands and pool was busy
The short cut between sites should be made 'official'
Not enough staff serving at bar / ice creams in afternoon
Kids loved the hoiday & cried when they left
shop had good variety & not too expensive

Excellent holiday. Great village in a breathtakingly beautiful part of France. Cottage well equipped and to a high standard. Facilities and entertainment good.

Fabulous clean site.good facilities.
lifeguards at pool not very diligent .On the sunday he did not turn up till after lunch.would suggest that the life guard be made to wear the regulation swim shorts rather than board shorts as they all seem to ,as if they have to dive in to rescue they do not break the rules!! I watched them advise people they were not allowed in pool with board shorts on ,yet wear them selves ,a bit of a contradiction.At waterparks and other sites ( not yelloh) they all wear tight swim shorts and regulation shirts.
Reception staff brilliant,helpful and informative.
Chalets lovely and spacious.Would prefer an oven instead of a dishwasher though.

we didn't like to be in the public areas e.g. bar and 'theatre' area's due to the high level of smoking. But we had to go there to use the internet and to see the show's. The cigarette smoke made us cough and feel ill. It would have been more pleasant to have a smoke free area where internet could be used and is it really necessary to allow smoking in the theatre area when children congregate there?

the service in the restaurant and in the bar where very very poor, the staff hardly spoke any english and made you feel very little welcome.
we arrived to the pitch the very first day and where welcomed by a great big dogshit right in the middle - not very nice!!!
