Really helpful - arrived very late from Spain (10:30pm) the bar staff arranged for us to be found a pitch and everything.
The site was the cleanest I've seen. The shower block immaculate - even heated!!!

We had a great time. The facilities at the site, and the staff, were fantastic. The only two areas which could be improved were the cleanliness of our accomodation on arrival and the prices in the site shop - which was overly expensive.

We had a very pleasant stay and found the facilities on site to be very well maintained and had a feeling that we were staying at a safe and secure facility, which is important with a 3 year old and a 6 year old.
One criticism is that despite a notice warning people not to reserve beds around the pool, this practice was widespread and often we had to change our plans for the beach as there was no space available around the pool.

Very impressed overall with the site the cleanliness and the oprganisation.
Plus points the entertainment evenings and the general tidyness.
Would have gicven a 10 out of ten but i was inconvenienced sevaerl times (as I was camping in a tent) by the main maens loos not having lighting several evenings. Not sure what went wrong there).
But overall very happy.

Clean campsite, helpful & friendly staff (with one exception), clean shower blocks, hot water each time we used showers, washing up rooms.

We had a lovely pitch, and the caravan was lovely. BUT, we have small children and although we were a long way from the entertainment area (as requested), it was unbearably loud on numerous occasions. We were trying to enjoy a quiet evening sat on our decking this just wasn't possible with the extremely loud background noise.

Site was in a good location.
Pools were nice and clean.
Shop adequately stocked.
Caravans clean.
We had a problem with our bed - one end was lower than the other which we reported on the first night, but no-one came to look at.
