Fitness and recharging your batteries
After the morning's warm croissants, awaken your muscles slowly in the aquagym or by jogging and continue your day with hiking, archery, mountain-biking or kayaking. Get more from the region by discovering the road to the lakes and the wine route, which take you through amazing landcsapes.
Water sports activities
With professional supervision, discover the bends of the river Ain and the depths of the Ilay lakes (lake diving). If you like intense sensations, there is nothing like canyoning, a sort of water hiking. Not forgetting canoe-rafting (rafting is possible by the day in the Alps). Water sports activities are concentrated around the campsite and will not fail to satisfy you, whether alone or with your family. Everyone to the water!
Horseriding
It is as a family or a group of friends that we suggest you go for a ride on horseback. For one or two hours, whether a beginner or confirmed rider, you will find rides suited to your level in a natural, green setting. Information: sylvain.gibey@rsl39.com
Mountain biking
Another way to discover the Jura's landscapes. Three marked trails starting from the campsite. The Jura Massif hosts the largest international mountain bike races. This mid-mountain area is a pleasure for all levels. From a ride to a sporting race, you will find a trail to suit you.
There is the option of an outing supervised by a State-certified guide on request, for a minimum of 10 people.
Hiking
Numerous hiking trails cross the Jura Massif, and you can only leave on marked trails or with our tour guides. You will discover the heights of the Pic de l'Aigle, the Hérisson waterfalls, and the caves and village of Baumes les Messieurs. But be sure to wear good boots. For the bravest, the undulating terrain and highest peaks of the Haut Jura are near the camp site. If you meet a Lynx, do not tell anyone, as you will not be believed...
There is the possibility of outings supervised by a mid-mountain guide.
For the most adventurous
For lovers of the forest, adventure courses await big and small alike. Contemplative or sporting people will get the right support for scaling their own personal heights. Come and discover the Via Ferrata in the Jura, it will let you rediscover mountains as you have never seen them. Situated in a rock face, the Via Ferrata is a sporting route, equipped with specific items (cables, ladders, etc.) intended to ease progress to the summit and to optimise safety. With regard to rock climbing, lovers of rock faces will also enjoy it.
Your evenings
Have you spent a day packed with thrills and activities? Make it last till the end of the night with the activities offered by Yelloh! Village Le Fayolan. Come and sing little karaoke songs, experience the intensity of the Saturday concerts or try your luck at lotto and the other great games on offer throughout the year. In high season, the discotheque opens its doors to you 6 evenings out of 7. Your evenings will have a real holiday feel to them! For quieter evenings, settle down to a cinema session or go for an evening walk to gaze at the stars.
And for youngsters, there is an area that has been specially reserved. "The beach" for youngsters is a disco room/bar, in attractive and air-conditioned surroundings, open until 1:30 am four evenings a week.
