I wasn't aware that we would need to bring our own bedlinen as at a previous site it had been provided.

Very good. Beautiful location, great facilities and lovely staff. A small problem with a group of noisy youngsters in the cottage behind us but this was dealt with promptly.

The site was well laid out, clean and attractive. We had originally booked into a campsite in the neighbourhood, but we didn't like it when we arrived so turned up at Le Fayolan hoping for something nicer- we definitely found it! We ended up staying for 3 nights..thankyou!

A lovely site in a beautiful area. Staff were very friendly and really cared about our holiday. Toilet blocks very clean and kept shipshape throughout the day. Pool area busy but no obvious delay in finding sunbeds even in August. Only slight gripe was the actual pitch we had. The view was amazing but because of the layout of drainage, water & electric there was no space to park our car.

The site was clean, well organised, the amenaties were excellent, the toilets spotless, our mobile home was clean and in good order. the pool was always clean and the guards were ever present. All your staff were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion for any improvements would be to have more daytime activities based around the pool and to have more table tennis tables available for people to use.

For a short stay with a very small tent and no need for electricity, children's activities, swimming pools, etc, the campsite was rather expensive. In fact the daily charge was more than we paid for some of the hotels we stayed in. However, the location was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The campsite was possibly one of the best we've stayed in France. Pitches were excellent, staff very attentive and facilities were great. My only criticisms are that my children aged 5 and 10 would have liked a better playground. Although lots of small playareas with slides they were aimed at the under 6s. It would also have been nice to have had the occassional evening aimd at family entertainment for such as a magic act rather than just music.

The campsite was generally well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The shower and toilet facilities were good but the pitches were a little small for a large family sized tent. Laundry facilities were limited given the size of the site. The lake 'beach' was a disappointment and we preferred to drive to the public beach and pay 3 euros to park for the day. Overall an enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of France. Would have like the option of higher end camping pitches with fridge and bbq facilities.

Nice surroundings by the lake and village. Very nice site with good and clean facilities. Good that supermarket, bar, restaurant and shop were located in the center of the campground, so we could join the activities if we wanted or sit quiet at our campsite.

Very well kept site, great facilities, top-quality chalet, helpful and pleasant staff. Only negative was a bit disappointed by limited access to the lake but this did not spoil our enjoyment of our holiday.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was fine except the elctrical supply. It is important for UK caravans for the polarity of the 240V supply to be correct. We are alert to this as many campsites in France have the live and neutral reversed. Normally this has no effect on France and other Continental caravans or motorcaravans. This is because these caravans are fitted with douple pole switches. Uk caravans are normally fitted with single pole switches. This means that the live wire is not isolated at the swich if the live and neutral as reversed. We are advised to carry a simple test plug to check for this. The chances of a fatal accident are probably negligible.
We were camped on pictch 50 I think with a fellow Englishman on a pitch opposite. His mains supply control pannel also dispayed an unsafe condition.
