Lack of sunshades round the pool area. Slides at pool badly located directly opposite the steps into the pool Could have done with seperate area for the slides entry to the pool The caravan pitches we were allocated were very disappointing Location excellent

We had a long drive of 860 miles to get to the resort. The resort was extremely friendly, exceptionally clean and the swimming pool was fantastic. The shop had many things to see us through the week but prices were high! We never used the restaurant facilities but the bar staff were very friendly. The reception staff always helped with a smile and made us feel very welcome. All in all it was a very good holiday.

A lovely campsite! The facilities were clean and in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings spent in the restaurant/bar, where the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our children went in the pool every day and it was a battle to get them out! However, there is a but..... Our pitch was very close to the restaurant/bar complex. When there was an event there in the evening, we felt we were very much part of it, as it was so loud. Also, one of the reasons we chose this campsite was that on the website, it said the entertainment was 'relaxing' as opposed to 'lively'. However, we would have to disagree strongly with this classification, as the entertainment, as well as being very loud, didn't finish until midnight at the earliest. With 2 small children, it was very impossible to get them to bed until gone 11, because they couldn't sleep because of the noise levels. Also, on a number of occasions when we ate at the restaurant, the full menu wasn't available for various reasons. It would be much better if the menu information was made available prior to us booking a table. Finally, when we have stayed at other French campsites (including a Yelloh campsite), we have been given an information sheet about the campsite when we booked in. This included, what activities were available and when, as well as information about shop/restaurant/bar opening times. We felt that it was only by chance that we ever found out such information. We certainly weren't made aware of a welcome meeting, which we saw happening in the bar during our second week there. We did enjoy our 2 weeks at the campsite, but certainly the discrepancy in the entertainment classifaction, has made us cautious about using Yelloh campsites in the future.

We had a lovely time, Helena was very helpful on reception, also the bar manager who was extremely helpful, we were disappointed the shop was not open as advertised, also pool very cold. Chalets were clean could have done with more kitchen equipment, ie cutting and bread board, potato peeler those sort of things, loved the way nobody overlooked anybody else next to them. We would definately think about coming back. Thank you
