This is our ninth consecutive visit to the camp site and this is because we always have a positive experience! All staff provide a high standard of service and a very warm welcome, which produces a fantastic atmosphere on the site. The facilities are clean, modern and well maintained. The animation team and bar team are first class!

Everything was amazing. We had the best holiday and will definitely be returning next year. Our accommodation was perfect and very clean. The staff work so hard and are always happy to help. The entertainment was outstanding and the best we have ever had on a holiday, so much effort goes into what the do, we were amazed at the shows. I am always very critical but I really cannot praise this holiday village enough.

The entertainment and shows are exceptionally good. We stayed in a bungalow - also very clean and in good condition. Reception upon arrival - is below standard. I feel all the staff should speak better English or some other language than just French. You must expect foreign guests too and their language skills are poor. I tried in Spanish, English - even German without much success. The girl who checked us in then forgot to give us some bracelets which caused a very bad experience trying to access the Night Pool Party, where we were not allowed in. Very upsetting and noone even tried to help - we were just ask to contact reception the next day, which we did. Here we were promised access to another pool party another day in another campsite but the same day, it was cancelled and we were supposed to go to reception for another pool day, but in the end we did not go because it seemed useless. I think the worst part here, was standing at the pool area trying to get in with my 8 year old daughter and she was crying and the security were so rude and non-understanding. I felt like a criminal and i had every right to be there. This incident unfortunately ruined a lot of the experience for us - it was the poorest service and understanding from Yelloh Village. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

Good morning Madam, Thank you for praising our animation team, who go to so much trouble to enjoy you! As far as Reception is concerned, we don't understand why you couldn't find anyone who spoke English or Spanish, as we all speak English and some of us also speak Spanish. I personally took care of you. On the subject of the Night Pool Party, we are sincerely sorry that the welcome from our security guards may have seemed rude to you. In fact, during the night (evening) the safety of our customers is essential to us and for this reason we do not accept people from outside of the campsite. Our staff are therefore instructed to be uncompromising with outsiders. We therefore understand your disappointment that he did not accept you on this evening, which is so important for your child, and we are very sorry about this. You should have had your bands when you arrived and we could have given them to you during our opening hours, i.e. every day from 8.30am to 9pm without interruption. We're very attached to children and their well-being is of the utmost importance to us! To compensate for your daughter's disappointment, we exceptionally allowed you to take part in the Night Pool Party at one of our other campsites about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, the night pool party was changed by one day, and we naturally took the time to notify you. All of this was explained to you in English and we were even able to converse in Spanish on a few occasions. We are truly saddened to read your comments when our teams are totally committed to providing you with the best possible service.EmilieReception

Very cramped, pool TOO busy and felt unsafe. It was overbooked. The pitches were tiny and so hard to get into. The floor of the pitch is a sand type floor which was awful.

The experience was ok. The quality of the facilities are excellent. Some issues: - Too noisy during the night due to the night events. - Quality of the restaurant a bit low compare to the price. - Extra charge for the baby seat was very disappointing considering the price of the stay.

A really welcoming and fun campsite village. The evening musical theatre shows are incredible for this type of vacation. The lead Animator Davis, has obviously worked incredibly hard to bring this quality of entertainment together. His team are 100% professionals! This is very much the best kept secret in Camargue. I can see why people return year after year! Their reputation precedes them. Most of staff, even down to the cleaners, were polite and friendly! This is a very well run village campsite.

Site rather isolated from Aigues Mortes as it was too hot to cycle and there were no buses we had to book a taxi, which Maeve on reception kindly booked for us. Restaurant choice limited but onsite shop was good. We enjoyed our day in AM and would recommend walking round the walls. Bring plenty of mozzi repellent as there were loads of them which was the biggest drawback for us. We didn't watch the entertainment but we could hear it until 11.30 at night and then noisy people going back to their cabins at 3 in the morning!!

In the cottage: Needed a pair of scissors and a normal owen . The tools for cooking were not good. Impossible to sort the carbage with only one bucket in the kitchen. The wifi is terrible. The cost for en extra person is far to high.
