It was early in the season, and the weather was quite bad. This made the childrens' entertainment programme all the more important. When it was on, it was good, but there were several occassions when it was not on.
Apart from that, everything else was fine. All the staff (reception, bar, restaraunt, animation) were very efficient, friendly and caring. The toilet, washing and showering areas were kept in pristine condition at all times.
Only one other point: Very small cokes for the children were charged at ?2.50 each, which is very expensive.

Excellent accommodation. Needs a kettle (to make tea) and some larger glasses (250-300 ml) for soft drinks and beer.

Lovely campsite, and the team was really welcoming and very helpful..the mobile home we had was really comfortable with heaters in all rooms. The only missing thing was an oven/grill...the back bar was really convenient and our daughter absolutely loved the mini disco and the bouncy castles...and socialising with the French children which is great for them as they are bilingual...overall we enjoyed our trip and would definitely consider coming back..

well laid out and organized; good service, nice sanitary facilities. The store was well stocked, too. We liked the Saturday night band at the bar/restaurant. Only thing I'd suggest is that you trim some of the trees along the internal roads so that the branches don't hit the top of motorhomes.

Really nice facility and very friendly staff. We had a problem with our hot water and it was fixes 90 seconds after we informed the front desk. Nice bouncy castles and playground for the children.

It was the first time we have used the Yelloh site and it wont be the last. My whole family had a fabulous time. I dont think we will come for the last week of opening as things started to close, like the shop, bar, spa etc but over all, a wonderful experience. We will return to Yelloh again. Thank you for a great time.

Good clean accomodation.
A special mention on the helpfulness of your staff in particular Karine, during my stay my car broke down on the last day whilst out on a day trip this caused major prolems with translation and getting the issue resolved. Your reception staff assisted in making the neccessary phone calls to the garage some 16 miles away to translate the issues, in addition Karine kindly came in on her day off to take me down to collect my car which was an unbeliveable gesture of kindness.
