We had a very pleasant holiday due to the area we had chosen, research was done prior to our depart, so thankfully we could do what we wanted to do, as the information given to us was poor from the site, we had 1 piece of info in english although a large wallet was provided it was in dutch and german. The owners did speak english, enough to understand us, our pigeon french did help. We at no time meet a Yelloh member of staff, but did speak to one in our second week, as we where unsure on a topic, but they did not speak english.....
Also at no time were the local ammenities pointed out to us, we only discovered these by accident when the internet was urgently needed, and we had to visit.
Our accommodation was fine for the purposes that we had booked and was clean on arrival.

Negative: Very small area for caravan. Had electricity pylon in garden. Kids' club poor for English speakers.
Positive: Wonderful area to visit, pleasant staff, playground good.

This is the second time that we have stayed at St Jean Monclar and have really enjoyed the experience on the Yelloh Village campsite. The cleanliness of all the facilities and the availability of pools, jucuzzis made our stay very special.

The campsite was generally good and in a nice area. The toilets and showers were kept clean and worked well.
The entertainment went on far too late into the evening and was much too loud..it really spoilt a beautiful location.
The pitch for the tent didn't drain well so after the rain had stopped our tent remained in very wet ground and soaked through our ground sheet and tent floor.
