Staff were excellent and SPA experience and restaurant were great. The rating 8 (instead of 10) based on the pitch allocated as it was a side by side pitch and if parked our car in the allocated space (as you requested) we would not have been able to leave as other pitch blocked access - we made agreement with other campers how to split the space. Also pitch next to noisy road and as in tent loud through the night - better if tents allocated furtherest away from road.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The big disappointment was our 4* accommodation which we originally booked. I would have expected a far better standard. The following morning we asked for change. Whilst we did have to spend a lot for an upgrade, it was worth it. We received excellent customer service as part of this change in accommodation.

We loved the campsite. It was clean and well maintained and there’s something for all ages. The only reason I did not give it 10/10 is because the food at the panoramic restaurant was a bit mediocre, but if this was improved then it would definitely be a 10!

The site was good overall. The kids enjoyed the pool and the slides. We used the pétanque area too. The lodge was adequate, although the location wasn’t ideal being almost the further spot from the pool and we had an issue with the parking, resulting in some damage to the hire car. We also had a problem with ants. The bar and restaurant were ok. We had drinks at the pool bar and also dinner. Service was slow each time, although the food was good. I would have liked to have been able to have drank French beer when in France but it was Stella that you offered. I was also concerned about the use of electric scooters. There were a lot of them on the site, generally young kids with no helmets which didn’t feel safe.
