- nice playgrounds for kids - good quality bungalow, however poor cooking equipment in the kitchen - good swimming pools, however entrance complicated (slippers out, through shower upon exit...) - in swimming pool poor supervision on visitors reserving" deck chairs by leaving towels all day - poor quality of WIFI, missing coverage in the swimming pool area, too short time out period - poorly maintained sports facilities such as cross trainers and cycle trainers - limited opening times of sport facilities (e.g after 9.30 instead of for instance 7.00) - limited choice of vegetables in the minimarket - friendly and helpful personnel - security arrangements somewhat overdone (e.g. bracelet) - nice flowers and plants on the area - good pizza"

Overall a very pleasant , clean and well-organised holiday village with good accommodation and pool facilities. Would have preferred a segregated area within the pool area for baby pram or buggy as our son of 12 months was sometimes asleep on arrival and it would have been better if we could have left him in the pram in a secure area where we could observe him. Understand reasons for not allowing food/drink in pool area but would have liked the option to enjoy a drink next to the pool. Some of the literature in the information brochure was confusing. We were told it was 30 mins to walk to beach area by reception staff while security personnel told us it was 1 and half hrs to beach by foot. This information contradicted what was written in the brochure.

First time on a camping holiday, although previously camped on walking weekends in UK. Campsite very good, however, our pitch was a little open/exposed and not as secluded as others on the site, and the street lighting was an issue when trying to sleep. More sun loungers/parasols could be provided at the pool.

The campsite is well organised and efficiently run. The welcvome pack on arrival was a nice gesture and the information booklet on the campsite and surrounding area was very useful. Perhaps the entertainment in the evening could be improved. We had a very nice holiday.

The site is obviously not set up for dealing with caravans. We did not realise that the site was extremely hilly". You either had to walk down/up to the swimming area and down and up to the toilet/washing facilities. There were only two toilet/washing facilities for the caravans/tents and these were inadequate and poorly maintained. At times doors were locked to the showers for no reason with no indication of reason on doors. The standards of cleanliness - i.e. items left on floor e.g. faeces, used tampons were extremely unhygienic. As the closest beach had to be a drive away from the site, the swimming pool was extensively used. There were problems in obtaining a sun lounger with some people getting away with leaving towels unattended. The standard of the pool and its lifeguards was acceptable and clean."

The policy of removing towels from sunbeds was stressful. Not enough shade around the pool. Overall the campsite was very nice. Pool clean, Moorea bar excellent, Panoramique restaurant food was great. Laverie worked very well. Our chalet (K05) was great. Checking in and out was painless.

Minus - Bathroom were a little too far from the pitch. Not enough sun loungers round the pool to accomodate guests. Plus - Restaurant very nice, reception very helpful.

Excellent customer service from a young and dynamic team, always happy to help even the most minor details. beautiful site, very well organised and equipped. Expensive in high season.
