very pleasant site. excellent access to alovely beach. Very friendly customer servcie at the reception and always availabel. Quick response to problems. ONly criticism would be that there is no pool time for adults to swim lengths!perhaps there could be atime befroe the poool opens to children for adults to have some exercise time to swim.

Hi there, the campsite and staff we found to be very good. We and the children enjoyed the site and the beach very much. I would have preferred a little more info on where to go for a walk in the evenings with a pushchair and two young children, and more on local shops and attractions. I was given a map of the running route when I requested, which was good and the gate key worked well.

We stayed at Hula. The standard of accommodation and outside areas was excellent. We were a group of three families with very young children. The lady at reception ensured we had sites next to each other which really made our holiday an enjoyable one. The facilities are very good and clean. The pools are great for little ones and where we spent much of our afternoons and early evenings. I found the staff friendly and courteous which is important to Irish families. The only slight complaint I would have is the standard of food in both restaurants. I am aware that you have to appeal to all tastes but I would like to see more French dishes and fresh ingredients used. I had the vegetarian pasta in the restaurant by the pool and it was made from frozen vegetables and was quite awful. As there are no other places to go within walking distance of the campsite other than tiki and cook's it would be nice if the menus were more exciting We had take away pizza one night and I loved the combination of goats cheese and honey, delicious! Overall we had a terrific holiday and would recommend this site to any family with young children.

We love the site at Serignan-Plage and alweays feel safe and relaxed. The emplacement was good, too. The bedrooms were a good size, and we had everything we needed. The only improvement I can think of is putting a softer mattress on the bed. It was too hard for me and a little uncomfortable.

Very noisy at night - not maybe music from Aloha, but from other campsites nearby as well. Noisy air conditioning boxes outside under bedroom window. Apart from that, a fantastic holiday. Safe for children. Good facilities. The adult pool is a bit small. Children's pool facilities and toboggans are great.
